Support the College’s needs with regard to the distribution and exchange of information using web-based technology. Services include the College Website, Shared Governance site, and various independent websites.
The role of the department is to support the needs of the College’s website, rather than manage the actual information/data therein. It is important that the individual departments, services, and committees update their own content, or notify us of updates via the Website Trouble Ticket form. There are also forms to update Phone Directory and Online Class Schedule. The website provides support for all processes of students, as it connects the student with information for each; from On-Boarding (getting started) to finding transfer information.
