The financial business office provides business operational and accounting services to customer, the students and other external groups. We also provide accounting, reporting and other services to the district, the college and internal units.
The Business Office provides services to both external groups-the public and to internal departments. The Business Office provides financial services to students in maintaining student accounts, collecting fees for registration, selling student Metro TAP bus cards and parking permits, disbursing scholarship checks and working with the Financial Aid Department in the disbursements of financial aid checks. The Business Office supports cafeteria and bookstore operations, manages the finances for the Associated Students Organization and other auxiliary operations on a daily basis. We are also responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting functions at the college level, selling employee subsidy and public Metro bus cards, issuing scholarship checks, and issuing checks for college events. Other areas include monitoring or managing investments, ATM, vending and catering truck agreements.​
